Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative at Proactivanet, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients in Mexico, Colombia, and emerging markets. Your primary mission is to generate qualified leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and set the stage for our Account Executives to close new-logo business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation

    • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers in IT, finance, compliance, and operations.

    • Execute outbound prospecting activities—cold calls, personalized emails, social selling via LinkedIn—to uncover new opportunities.

    • Leverage Sales Navigator, industry databases, and web research to maintain a steady flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

  • Qualification & Nurturing

    • Engage prospects with insightful questions to assess needs, budget, authority, timeline, and technical fit (BANT/SPIN methodology).

    • Deliver compelling value propositions around Proactivanet’s ITSM & ITAM capabilities, differentiators, and ROI.

    • Nurture inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, webinars, and events, ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Pipeline Management

    • Log all activities and update lead status in Salesforce CRM accurately.

    • Collaborate closely with Marketing to refine messaging, content, and campaign effectiveness.

    • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives, passing on detailed lead briefs.

  • Market Intelligence Collaboration

    • Gather competitive and market feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategies.

    • Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers to coordinate technical discovery calls when needed.

    • Participating in weekly sales huddles to report progress, challenges, and pipeline health.

Requisitos del trabajo

Required Technical Skills Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales or lead-generation role, preferably in ITSM, ITAM, cybersecurity, or infrastructure software.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to craft concise, compelling outreach.

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, or SPIN.

  • Self-starter mentality with exceptional organization, time management, and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

  • Basic knowledge of network devices, operating systems, and cloud platforms.

  • Certification in ITIL Foundations V4 or similar ITSM frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle, service-desk workflows, and SaaS licensing models.

  • Previous work in a multinational or remote-friendly environment.
